The Reinvention of Cake

I don’t practice religion anymore even though I was raised as a devout Jehovah’s Witness. I think having that religious background led me to question any religion that states their way is the only true way to know God. I don’t agree with that logic. I still consider myself Christian and believe in an higher power, whether you call it God or something else. There are things in this universe that humans just don’t understand at this point. Maybe that search for knowing, while not knowing, leads to a certain spirituality that connects us all to this universe. You don’t need religion to recognize that connection.
